"We had an ice maker that had an undetected leak. We only knew about the leak because our hardwood floors looked warped. After the plumber repaired the leak, we contacted Todd for the floor repair. His crew realized that it was not the hardwood that was warped, but the subfloor instead. They removed the hardwood, repaired the subfloor and replaced the hardwood. They were so careful that they did not have to replace or paint or refinish any hardwood saving us a bunch of money."
